ClearChart is not distributed to the public and holds no real patient data. There are no users, so there is nothing collected about anyone.
Invented placeholder records written by hand for development. No real patient, no real chart, and no connection to any electronic health record system.
Dictation uses Apple's Speech framework on the device. Nothing spoken to the prototype is stored by Ramirez Labs or sent to a Ramirez Labs server, because no such server exists.
None. No analytics package, no crash reporting service, and no third-party SDK.
Handling real clinical data would mean an entirely different policy, written against HIPAA and published before anyone could use the app with a real patient. Until then, this page describes the whole picture.
