ClearChart is an in-development visionOS prototype. It is not on the App Store and is not in clinical use. Questions, research enquiries, and collaboration: support@ramirezlabs.app.
It places a patient's vitals, labs, and medications in panels around the room, so a clinician can read them without turning away from the person in front of them. Notes are captured by voice and mapped into structured fields.
Not yet. It runs on placeholder records on Apple Vision Pro and has no connection to any health record system.
No. Connecting to a real record system would go through FHIR, the standard interface those systems expose, and that work has not been done. Every patient shown in the prototype is invented.
No. It is a research prototype, has not been reviewed or cleared by any regulator, and must not be used in the care of a real patient.
Prototype status. ClearChart exists to explore whether spatial computing can reduce the amount of time a clinician spends looking at a screen instead of a patient. It is a question being investigated, not a product being sold.
